catching up to the Light

my account is what I thought close to endgame *laughs* but it's not sadly. I just managed to color in a lot of tiles and manors. What I'm finding now is my teams don't have it to push farther in the sanctuarys.   If it's not levels, what is it? Everybody needs to be fully awakened, gears need to be 6 star and legendary +15? I can't get past omen 12 right now. I also can't get ALL the +11 and +12 on awaken dungeons but I can get most. Can someone lay out a path for me, say a list of goals to hit and proceed ?
