  Greetings Heirs,   We are here to notify all Heirs with an important announcement.   We have installed a new program/feature to enhance the hacking protection in the 4.5 Update. However, the new hacking protection is causing a random crashing issue. We are currently in the process of investigating the issue that is caused due to the compatibility of the hacking protection and the app.   The crashing issue is found more with emulators and we are having difficulty in recreating the issue with mobile devices that we currently possess. Thus, we would like to request all Heirs who have experienced or are experiencing crashing issues in v4.5 to share more information by reporting to our Customer Support.   Please see below for the instruction on how to report a crashing issue to our Customer Support.   ⭐️ How to report to Customer Support in the game⭐️   1. In-game Lobby -> Settings 2. Click on [Support] then you will be redirected to our Hive Support Page. 3. Click on [Contact Us] 4. Please provide the following information when reporting a crashing issue: > Mobile Device & Device OS version. * How to check device OS version - Device Setting -> Device Info -> Software Info > Crashing Issue Details * Steps on when, where, and how the crashing issue is occurring in the game. * Screenshot or Video of the issue would be very helpful in reducing the time it would take to resolve the crashing issue.   We apologize for the inconvenience that you may experience due to the issue. We will make an announcement when the issue is resolved and we kindly ask for the support by reporting many cases of crashing issues to our customer support.   Thank you.   -CM_Heylel
