Fate counting Zuo Ci & Zhang Jiao

I was playing with different formations and notice that when I put in one formation Zuo Ci and Zhang Jiao there is no indication for Activate fateful relationship. Does that mean that those two generals don't have relationship, although it's in their profiles...?

    You mean that I need both - Zuo Ci and Gan Ji in order Znang Jiao to have Fate?

    I'm reading - there is comma between the two names "Zuo Ci, Gan Ji" - obviously you are right and this comma means "AND" :)
    Which leads to another question - where are you reading this? Is there a guide about fate, or you speak on your own experience :) ?
