I just started Shiny hunting ( not a giveaway )

In sword and shield I just started shiny hunting and I got 500 galarian yamask but then i didn't get a shiny and then i analysed the code of my game and then i realized the chances are only 3% I analysed my friends game and found the same , So currently the official guide book is LIEING TO U in sword and shield

    i used the shiny charm to boost it up to 1/1365 and after getting 500 of that species the odds go up to 1/1300 so lame i should just masuda method breed

    There is a glitch in the coding because of which the wild encounter rates dont increase

    I don’t understand other methods in sword a shield (not to be offensive but) dosent masuda have the best odds anyway with shiny charm and all?
