Network Connection Issue

Since this morning. Tried on Pie emulator, Nougat emulator and phone. Neither works.   Everything else works fine, all other games and internet have no issues whatsoever.   I'm almost 100% positive nothing happened since yesterday (when it worked), and I didn't do anything differently at all, so is this a server issue?   ED: apparently not a unique issue on my end, others are having it too.
