What is Production Decor?
Production Decors can be purchased from: [Stores] -> [Furnitures] -> [Production Decor]
Please check the maximum number of installation depending on the size of your restaurant! Note: the maximum number of installation may differ depending on the type of Production Decor you installed.
You'll get Gold and EXP once the production time is completed as a reward once a Production Decor is installed at your restaurant.
※The production time begins automatically when the Production Decor is installed at the restaurant whereas the production time will be initialized when you put the Production Decor in Storage.
[FAQ] How do I offer a beverage to customer?
Tap the mug-shaped icon on top of Beverage Dispenser if you want to provide customer a beverage.
※Tip: You can learn Butter Beer when you upgrade Aroma Tea.
[FAQ] How does a staff wear a Gemstone?
Your staff can wear a Gemstone depending on his/her grade (Grade B at least)
Tap the plus(+) icon under GEM SLOT on the bottom of the staff to wear a Gemstone.
If a staff fully equipped and has no free Gem Slot but want to switch to another Gemstone, you can detach a Gemstone at an additional cost (Coin)
[FAQ] I cannot complete Order Request on time
Have you been running out of time while you only have a couple of dishes left to complete an Order Request?
Request your friend for insufficient ingredients/dishes by touching an ingredient/dish then press [Request]
Your friend has to visit your restaurant in order to help you the requested ingredient/dish.
You can request for a help three times for each order.
FYI: The number of requested help will be restored once the whole Order Request departs on board and you can ask for a help to other ingredients/dishes again.
There're several ways you can complete your order faster. Get the ingredients/dishes you need at: Corey's Market, your friend's Market Stand or other users' Market Stand on Market News.
[FAQ] What is Regional Level?
You can collect Hearts from Special Guests of the fairy-tale episodes coming your restaurant from midnight. You can view which Special Guests wants which dish by tapping a region on the map.
The number of Hearts you can get per day increases when the requiring dish level is increased.
You can obtain up to 8 Hearts starting with 3 at first. The number under each region shows the total number of Hearts you have obtained from Special Guests of that region. Get more Hearts and level up Regional Level.
You have a limited number of Hearts you can collect from Special Guests. Upgrade the requiring dishes in order to increase the maximum number of Hearts you can get per day which leads to increase Regional Level faster.
The number of Hearts you can obtain from a Special Guest increases as you level up a requiring dish on that episode. Cook as many dishes you can & receive more Hearts!
+More explorers you can send to a certain fairy-tale episode's region as the Regional Level increases!
[FAQ] What is Market News & My Sales stand?
You can see items that other users put up for sale on Market News.
You can check what's on Market News by tapping the blue newspaper stand next to Corey on the nothern side of the village.
Select [Promote] if you want your item exposed to the public for sale when you put up the item on your Market Stand.
*Advertising is available free of charge every 15 minutes but you can immediately put up your second advertisement with Rubies.
*The maximum number of items you can put up for sale is limited per day.
[FAQ] What is Point Mall?
Complete Order Request and purchase an item you want at with Order Request Points(PT) .
STEP 1) Obtain Order Request Points
You'll receive: Hearts, Weekly Challenge Points(RP) and Order Request Points(PT) at departure.
STEP 2) Purchase at Point Mall
Have you gathered enough Order Request Points?
Then you can purchase items at Point Mall.
The list of items at Point Mall replaces every 12 hours and if you use Rubies to replace with the new items immediately.
*The types and quantities of the items change randomly.
*The purchased items at Point Mall will be sent to [Post]
*The number of Rubies you use for an item replacement increases each time up to 15 Rubies max.
*The requiring dishes, quantity of premium ingredients and time of completion vary depending your level and the difficulty of the Order Request.
[FAQ] How do I set up a password on My Sales stand?
You can set up a password on Market Stand:
[Register] -> Select Item -> [Set Password] -> Enter Password
Please Note: You cannot change your password once you put up an item.
[FAQ] What does each letter stand for next to Quest icons?
You'll see a list of NPC face icons for ongoing/available Quests on the left hand side of
Letter S next to the icon shows it's an episode quest (S for Story)
while Letter D means Daily Quest which has to be completed within a certain time.
[FAQ] Where do I use Energy?
You need certain amount of Energy in order to make Beverages.
You can obtain Expedition Tools, depends on a possibility of the offered beverage has.
You can make beverages again once Energy is recharged after a certain period of time.
Alternatively, you can purchase an Energy Pack if you can't wait until Energy is fully recharged.
[FAQ] What is Beauty Point?
You can see your Level / Reputation / Beauty Points next to your profile picture on the top of the screen.
So what is this Beauty Point?
The higher Beauty Points you have, the number of customers visiting your restaurant increases per minute. Increase your Beauty Points by decorating your restaurant with various interior items.
[FAQ] I want to go on an expedition with my friend's explorer
Ask your friend for an explorer if you don't have enough explorers or want to obtain a certain ingredient/item from an expedition.
Go to: [Friends] -> Touch friend's profile pic -> Visit his/her restaurant -> Tap [Explore] on the right -> Pick an explorer then press [Request] -> Wait for your friend's acceptance
※The number of requests are limited for 10 times a day.
[FAQ] I want to stop what's cooking on the cooktop(s)
You can discard the current cooking dish in order to stop cooking.
Please keep in mind that all ingredients used for cooking cannot be restored.
[FAQ] I cannot connect to My Secret Bistro
Please follow the instructions below:
1. Go to: [Settings -> Application Manager -> My Secret Bistro -> Clear Cache]
2. Please uninstall My Secret Bistro & reinstall the app if Step 1 did not work. Restart your device after reinstallation.
*You must connect one of your platform accounts: Facebook/Google/iOS when deleting My Secret Bistro in order to bring your saved data later on.

[FAQ] Can I get more Order Requests after completing all of them?
You can receive a new Order Request every 2 hours once you have completed your Order Request with departure.
You can receive a new Order Request without waiting using Rubies.
Press [Receive] under time remaining for the next Order Request.
You can carry on your new Order Request then.
[FAQ] Can I help my friend's Order Request? Is there a reward for helping him/her?
Visit a friend's restaurant and see which item(s) your friend has requested for help.
If your friend asks you for a help, you can see his/her Order Request help from the ""HELP"" icon on the friend's list. Also, you can receive Normal and Special Recruit Tickets randomly as a reward of your help.
※Normal Recruit Ticket: You can use the tickets instead of Coins to draw a staff.

[FAQ] Where is Furniture Store?
Interior items can be purchased: [Stores] -> [Furnitures]
Interior items placed at your restaurant can be moved, stored or sold from [Menu] -> [Edit]
※You can check all of your interior items in Storage: [Menu] -> [Edit] -> [Storage] or [Stores] -> [Furnitures] -> [Storage]
[FAQ] I forgot my Facebook password
You can change your Facebook password after receiving a verification email.
Go to: [Facebook Log in] -> Press [Forgot Password?] -> 6 digit verification code will be sent to your email.
Enter the 6 digit code on Facebook to reset your password.
