Pleaseee help me

I can't open my game at alll after updating when I click on the game screen it blackens out and gets me out of the game .I dont know what to do so can someone please help me how to open the game is it just me ?is it a bug?can someone give me a solution?   Why does this happen after every update 😭😭??I always used to look forward to new updates and get excited but now just the mention of update gets me scared 😭!!!   I would reallyy realllyyy appreciate it if someone could help me ryt now 😭😭😭

    I can't open my game either. I tried to uninstall it and install again... but it's still the same. :(

    Omg 😱 many people got same problem too. Have you tried on different devices? I looked on another post they can open msb with android

    I'm android as well but i can't open it. I already email them so hopefully they can fix it soon.

    I can open on my Galaxy S8 but not on my Galaxy S5. I think maybe older versions of Android are broken now

    I think you need to email them tell your status. New updates release they want us to connect our msb to fb or Google acc.

    Lots of players are experiencing problems. If a lot are experiencing this then it definitely is a bug. The best option right now is probably to wait and see if another’s maintenance happens. You could try to restart your device sometimes it works.
    iOS update seems to be taking long so if your on iOS wait for now.
    My issue (If anyone would kindly help me out):
    I can open my game, but i cannot update it. It says iOS 13 is required but I don’t get an option in settings to update to IOS 13. Only iOS 12.5. If anyone knows how to please let me know

    Same situation in my main account. Im using iPhone 6.. 😓
    This means we have to buy new gadgets with higher mobile operating system ( like Android 8 higher / iOS 13 higher).
    Fortunately, I have android phone where I play for my only one sub account. Now I saved/bind the sub account in gmail. Then log in my main account thru FB.
    Now, I play my main account in my android phone. 🌹
    (Note: this is my personal view 🥲)

    Same thing on my view. Sadly I don’t have any other device I can play on. I’ll see what happens tomorrow before trying anything.

    Still same thing today. I updated my iOS to the latest my device provides which is still not enough to update. The only thing I’m worried about is letters (my exchange partners), guild, seasonal event (probably going to need event coin pots to catch up), and if I'm even going to be able to play soon. I’ll reply to this if i find out any way (the only way so far is If they lower the iOS required)

    actually for ios users they have to wait for few days for the problem to be fixed i think till April 11

    I will wait until April 11 to see if I can play MSB with iOS 13 below. If not, then Im gonna stay in my android phone. 🥲

    yes, in my case it blacks out for a few seconds and then it will load the game. so you can perhaps wait when it's in the black screen and see if it will load the game in the end. if your internet connection is good, it should load the game

    oh i see but in mine after it blackens out it gets me out of the game to my device's home page doesnt load only kicks me out i tried using another device nd i could open it
