Does anyone know where we get these gloves?

Hello dudes! I was seeing my daily pvp shop when I came across this accessory.

I searched for the whole game where we can win for free, but I didn't find it. It seems to have some resemblance to Babel's gloves (story mode), but I'm not sure. Does anyone know their origin?

    That isn't a item that is from any of the past events or story mode at current. In fact, I've never seen it before.

    I took a look at the update note from the 12th and it looks like this item was released into the game with the newest update along with a few others.
