Finally got the Flask!

It took so long, but I got it and it went straight to Khe-chan! Even at +13 it's already stronger than the A grade +15 halberd. I just gotta get the Roy Mustang gloves for her and I'm set (even through I like her having a vita , I think the gloves are stronger...?)
