Skin missed

So did anyone else miss the rare Kubaba Skin because they could not do the 42 million damage? I had expected the skin to show up in rebirth, but no such luck J guess... This is the first skin I've ever missed in the game. Kinda disappointed.

    same for me, i could not get tue first ragnaburst kill for the first time and didnt get the skin.
