If you use an app called Rotation Control on an Android Emulator and press full screen option it pretty much looks like JP version xD

In the meantime you can download an android emulator and play from there :)

I think the PC version is only for Japan via DMM. I don't really see them doing this outside of that for a lot of business reasons. For one DMM has the exlcusive, second DMM is a massive network for them to work with.
