Rebirth Labyrinth tips

Is there any Rebirth Labyrinth guide? I'm a new player and I found Rebirth Labyrinth surprisingly hard, and I'm stuck on Lv. 3 +0 for a couple weeks... I don't dare to try Lv. 4 again cuz I'm afraid losing the battle and those precious Rebirth Coins ;-; Is there any guide or tips for helping me know if my team is strong enough to move to the next level? Recommended team formations or team power?
