Some guilds couldn't access raids in the first day. The developers sent attacks / raid entries as compensation. 1 ticket for every 6 hours since the event started for ALL the members.
That ended giving them an advantage, they assumed all players would attack from minute 1 and never lose a ticket.
Anyway, is water under the bridge. I am glad that they fixed that fast, the compensation was just too good and unbalanced the event.
For the future compensations, it should be (max tickets - 1).
I hope you understand why...
You can't assume all players are perfect since the first minute of the event. We had 8 players online in the first 6 hours of the event.
So with your compensation, we have at least 15 tickets less.

How exactly? Because if you gave each member 1 attack for every 6 event hours, that's unfair.
1) You assumed they would attack since minute 1 and never be at 3/3
2) You assumed all the players would be active at the event start.
🔹 All the tickets inside Challenge refill.
Reach level 5 and use at least 1 ticket. Always have the clock ticking.
🔹 In the main screen, a treasure spawn randomly, left side. Tap it for rewards (6 per day).
🔹 Equip a support hero at level 10.
🔹 If you are F2P, don't spend gems for stamina.
