I've yet to see anything at the moment, and I'm unsure what the Devs will do once the app is no longer downloadable on the respective app stores... (I think it's actually supposed to be deleted entirely? I'm not certain.) They might do what the JP and KR servers have been and create a Cafe Naver blog/official website.
Here's theirs:
KR: https://m.cafe.naver.com/ca-fe/web/cafes/destinychild/articles/2299220?useCafeId=false
JP: http://blog.destiny-child.jp/archives/28154251.html
Though, we'll have to wait and see. ♡
I play the JP PC Client on occasion, but it's typically on mute.
I can't recall if I've ever had audio sync issues while playing, I'd have to do a trial run with audio on to see.
As with exiting the app, you can press the ESC (escape) key and the game will give you a prompt message asking if you'd like to quit. The option on the right is "Yes."
I've never had any performance issues with the PC client, though. It runs so smoothly that it puts emulators to shame, with every animation working with such clarity that it's astonishing, especially compared to how laggy the mobile app is.
If they were to release a PC client for Global, I'd hop on board immediately to download it. 🤍
Mm, Remiuan mentioned that, too.
If only! I believe that DOA and Hatsune Miku also had their own Collab, because I've seen images of Marie Rose in her costume.
I could only imagine how difficult it would be to have a double-crossover event, but it would be really cool. 🖤
Yeah, this version that they've decided to release is far less rewarding than I would've hoped, especially considering the long-awaited release of the uncensored artwork, in some form or fashion. It's not what was expected, and it's honestly a huge letdown.
As for the inflation of package prices, that was completely unwarranted. Even if given notice, it still wouldn't have been any more welcome. I certainly hope the DEVs take our thoughts and concerns into account, since this release might not catch on too well considering these circumstances.
That's interesting that you mention that, because I decided to scroll through my archive, and Nirrti's (awakened) skin retains its graphic nature.
They even used Neamhain's uncensored icon (you can see the stitches across her chest), which is most peculiar, considering the circumstances. The DEVs seem to have taken uniquely selective choices of which skins will and won't remain uncensored, which is rather disappointing, considering the blatant advertising pointing to an uncensored version. If I recall correctly, I believe one of the DEVs mentioned that it would be the original Korean depictions of the characters as well.
Some actions that were taken are hard to dismiss, and can hardly be called an oversight. To add to that, this version has several bugs that the GP release doesn't suffer from. I hope that the DEVs take a deeper look into these issues, otherwise the entire campaign for the TapTap release was false advertising!
