Oh yeah, Sunbeach Mona should be evolved soon, too! She’s viable for all world bosses.
For PvP, honestly, I don’t know what Gold is like anymore, but I would maybe even test going with both Saturn and Ophois. I would for sure fully ignite Ophois and keep her in the team, since you’ve already started on that.
Quite honestly, it already sounds like you know what you’re doing and have done a lot of smart moves to get here. Just keep it up and take all advice with a grain of salt.
That’s a lot of good, fully uncapped Childs! It’s a solid collection so far.
1. If you want a viable attacker for the current Ragna ASAP, ignite Ophois. If I were you, I would also wait for the next calendar of events to see if a fire world boss is coming up, because Mafdet is also another solid choice. They’re good because they’re viable in both PvE and PvP. Igniting attackers to 6 slide attacks is a big boost.
2. I would do Wood Sytry, Gunslinger Hildr, Lupin, Actress Saturn, then last slot depends on events coming up (I would put in Eve if fire world boss is coming up).
3. I would evolve Luin or Babel first, because I would be most likely to use them in the near future. Maybe Virupa too if it’s fire world boss soon.
4. For now, if I were you, I might swap the unignited Ophois for Actress Saturn. I would also eventually swap Pomona for Wood Sytry once I get enough uncaps. This is a great guide for PVP: https://docs.google.com/document/u/1/d/1izlebx-4KmMT-cVJqBc_pw6Sqgwiey38ICWbeOg57EA/mobilebasic
FBathory is a solid choice for PvP. She’s used among the top 100 PvPers; she is far from irrelevant, and if she’s your best unit — or even just favorite unit — use her if you want to use her.
That being said, Amp Agl or Agl for her is not ideal for your proposed uses, because:
1. Agl is for increasing weakpoint damage, so it isn’t helpful for off-element WB. You’re going to want Amp Atk and/or Amp Crit for her to excel here.
2. Agl is nerfed in PvP. You want Amp Def and/or HP to be useful here, if you’re thinking of a long-term core with end-game viability.
Your Amp Atk/Amp Crit/Agl core is okay for short-term purposes; it’s certainly usable, and is a good core. But for PvP, once you get into Platinum ranks one day, you’ll wish she had more survivability. And people might poop on her for PvP, which I get, but once Endless Mode comes around she’s probably going to be on most teams.
For an attacker that is viable for PvP, excellent cores would be Amp Atk/Amp Def/HP or Amp Def/Amp Atk/Amp Atk. IMO these would be ideal for her, but they are hard to get.
Nah, gold is scarce. It’s needed for onyxing units, leveling up soul carta, leveling up gear, uncaps, evolutions, and even making ignition cores.
Also, with Endless Duel coming out soon, everyone’s gonna be working on their 3 and 4 star units if they don’t have them already, and it’ll take a lot of gold and evolution materials to develop entire teams.
Yes, by using 4 star units and blood gems. One way to get a lot of 4 star units is through 3-5 star 10 summon tickets, which are pretty cheap during World Boss in the Magic Mirror Shop.
Some players like to wait until they have 120 blood gems for the 100% chance, some players like to save and wait for the double mileage event. However, that doesn’t happen very often.
HoR allows you to roll from a narrow field of 6 Childs that you select, while Scarlet Collection rolls from an entire color of Childs. Also, there are strong HoR exclusives that you should be aiming for: W. Sytry, and Gunslinger Hildr. You can only get them through HoR, and I personally wish I had known about that sooner.
I agree with Toeknee that the core in question would be better fit for fodder — for an attacker that you are igniting. Simply because when you are a newer player, ignition is arguably most impactful for attackers that gain 6 attacks when fully ignited.
Oh interesting, it seems like she’s absorbing more than 2 debuffs if it is a debuff that stacks. Does Brand stack?
So the skill description could mean types of debuffs, and it would seem she can absorb more of it if it stacks.
Either way, the description is super lacking and I wish we had more clarity.
Oh, you’re totally right. You are not a conspiracy theorist. Not one bit. Also, I am another CM Daisy puppet, merely part of a large groupthink that is conspiring against you.
I am also just a lurker on Moot, so therefore, what I have to say is absent of all logic and reasoning. You got me!
You are being ridiculed for believing in conspiracy theories and misinformation. I mean, ask yourself if it is helpful to a community if you spread misinformation.
As far as affixes for cores, it’s just random. That’s it. Wear a tinfoil hat, draw a pentagram, use a fully ignited Lupin +6… it won’t matter.
Yes it is worth it to purchase refreshes for tickets if you’re looking to purchase certain items in the shop.
The ignition cores offer great value: they’re essentially a 5-star child AND ignition core mats at the cost of… 4,400 crystals at most, if you don’t have any boosts? So if you at least have Mercury, it’ll be cheaper than that.
Consider this: trying to roll for a 5-star, even on the 6% banner, costs 2,700 and a 5-star isn’t even guaranteed. So yes, using crystals for WB tickets is worth it.
The name is off-putting in a few ways: it’s so close to “Destiny’s Child,” it feels like a bad translation, and I guess it just feels pretty lazy overall. Like, imagine one of the creatives being like “oh that’s a cool name, cuz people love Beyoncé!” That’s just kinda… tacky.
At least it isn’t called something gross sounding like “Brown Dust,” I guess.
1. The 2020 U.S. Presidential Election was not stolen
2. Hydroxychloroquine is ineffective against COVID-19
3. Lupin rates were not rigged (probably)
Here’s what’s interesting to me: of the communities for this game — Discord, Reddit, Moot — this community is the only one where the belief that the Lupin rates were nerfed feels like a prevalent theory among the people. Why? While I don’t personally believe that this is true, the only thing that separates Moot from the others is that there is the possibility of moderators in disguise here. Lack of trust is extremely toxic to a community, and it’s sad, really: Moot is becoming the conspiracy theory land of the DC communities.
Is there any merit to the nerfed Lupin rates? Maybe. But I think that the big concern is a general lack of trust caused by (1) increase in boss difficulty without prior communication to the community, and (2) the Moot intern in disguise. I mean, we’d be fools to place our trust into the game so soon if we knew this information.
I don’t think that the Lupin rate theory really progresses existing concerns; in fact, it sort of muddies it up. I think the focus of mods should be generating trust (honestly, this is super super hard) and I do think that some of the onus is on leadership here to make it less toxic and more helpful. Moot is the least reliable community for game-related information (to me, at least) and that sucks.
Here’s some facts:
1. Trump lost
2. Vaccinations work
3. Lupin rolls were not nerfed
I get the skepticism. I really do. It is a tremendous disappointment when… 100k crystals?… doesn’t net you a +6 Lupin. Really feels unfair/poor design; even makes you wonder if the game is worth playing. But, we’re getting close to conspiracy theory land.
That said, the “mistake” with the “intern” definitely fanned the flames of paranoia. I was honestly pretty stoked to get “almost 2 HoRs” and it’s a good start to rebuilding trust, so thank you for that. But with Mercury and Natalis in the near future, and with roll rates being garbage in general, everything is honestly super daunting to keep up with.
Oh, what I meant was it looks like you’ve got the uncaps and ignitions to probably clear this fast enough to get in the top 100 Ragna rank, which is based on fastest clears. If the 3rd slot for your GHildr weapon boosted slides, this team would be wrecking easily. 600 ignore def on drive skills isn’t… great. Then if you slot Thisbe in, I bet you could clear it in 3 mins on auto. Theoretically.Awesome ! Last of Us Man ! ( Video Update ) 60
Congrats on the one-shot. Looking at your team, I’m thinking you should be close to top 100 Ragna rank.
I agree with Moon above, I would probably remove LMona and slot in Thisbe. Set her to STT and let it run on auto, and see what happens. The mic’s 3rd option won’t cut it, but you already know that. The new carta could be helpful too (I don’t have it, but theoretically should be better).
From a purely individual perspective, I aim to do enough collective damage from my runs to get into the top 1% per day to maximize opportunities for end-of-day rewards. I don’t think the community kill rewards are all that great except for the blood gems. Kills 201 to 249 would be excruciating from the perspective of “let’s kill the boss to get rewards from the kills,” because we don’t get anything at all.
That said, I do think that if the devs want us to get more community kills, the incentives here seem poorly designed. I don’t care about surpassing the 200 kill threshold because the cost to do so isn’t worth it at all.
Yeah, I totally get your skepticism. I 3* ignited my L. Sytry hoping for some sort of increase in damage; I expected a pretty good increase, actually, based on anecdotal evidence from other players. Instead, I saw an overall decrease in damage — albeit from a small sample size of ~500 runs total— and I never even got close to the record I had before then. RNG… but I have to say, it feels really bad to use resources like that and get nothing in return. Maybe just bad strategy on my part, but it doesn’t make any sense to me.F2P Break ( Updated ) 35
