If there's no need, I'm always at home.. tips from me:

+ wearing short or thin clothes
+ turning on AC or fan
+ drinking cold water (my favorite is lemon ice or fruit soup)
+ taking a bath
+ swimming
+ eating fresh fruit (better which contains a lot of water)
+ lazing around so you don't sweat
+ when go outside wearing a hat, sunscreen, jacket/long clothes..
