For anyone who only play Global, you can safely ignore information about KR skills. Global units have totally different skills from their KR counterparts.
For anyone who play KR. There’s an error in the translation.
It was explained in Jun 23rd Update Note. https://moot.us/lounges/73/boards/280/posts/5449667/added-update-note-jun-23-2022
Sorry for sharing late when the video got posted at 7 this morning so it got hectic so it slipped 6I’d suggest you to re-read the Update Note again thoroughly and you’ll learn there’s no need to feel disappointed.

"One example is skill queue for PvP. JP has already gotten it for more than a year..."
Do you mean KR? JP hasn't got skill queue for Devil Rumble yet.
But I agree that the current equipment management system is a real pain. Hopefully Global will get all the QoL improvements from KR as soon as possible.
The winning entry was Limos

They used to update the pool and rates every three months. However, the dev said on Twitter that there's currently no plan to add more skins to Re:Lab (which is regrettable as I'm still waiting for some PM skins like Olga, Ymir, and some future childs).

Even if they stopped adding new skins, I agree that they should at least update the rates once in a while.
Global doesn't share their HoR-exclusive list with KR.
Global's and KR's childs barely have anything in common so don't bother looking at KR's child info if you mainly play on Global. It's a total waste of time.
Global childs are more similar to their JP counterpart. Some are exactly the same. Some are slightly adjusted. Only a few has their skills completely changed but it's rare.

I don't fully understand it as it's written in Chinese. It seems there's a way to repeatedly claim crystals and blood gems from mailbox.
Edit: Tapping Refresh after having claimed all items will disconnect you from the game. Upon returning to the game, everything will go back to how it was before you claimed the items except that now you'll have more crystals and blood gems. This can be repeated indefinitely.
They are based on Chinese and Korean mythology.
Chang'e (嫦娥) is the Chinese Goddess of the Moon.
Nezha (哪吒) is the Chinese patron god of children.
Sunah (선아) is the Korean pronunciation of Xian'e (仙娥) which is a female hermit.
Kouga, Nata, and Senga are their Japanese pronunciation of the names.
For PvE attackers, aCRT + aATK x2 is the best. aAGL + aATK x2 is also decent. aATK core with any combination of aAGL, aCRT is also good.
Only the first core must be a good one as it determines what stats you'll gain from unlocking further nodes. You can use bad cores to unlock the rest of ignition tree.
I see Lv.1-2 ignition on a couple childs. This barely does anything and is a waste of precious cores.
The best way to do is to fully ignite a child in one go (some are fine at Lv.5 or Lv.8 ignition, depending on their skills) when you're ABSOLUTELY CERTAIN that you need that child ignited for the CURRENT event. NEVER ignite in anticipation for an event. Boss can render a previously meta child useless to promote newer childs. Bridal Hildr is the most recent example of this.
1. Fully ignite your Artemis, then ignite your light Werewolf and light Sytry to lv.5 (three red stars).
If you still have plenty of cores to spare, fully ignite Kubaba (or Ophois, if you have one), and Mercury to lv.8 (four red stars). If you don't have enough resources to ignite Mercury, use wood Midas instead.
2. Use dark Semele instead of wood Mona. Semele can increases Tap damage, which can boost Artemis's damage and also Fever damage.
3. If Juno can land his Electrocution frequently enough then you can remove Babel, Anemone, and Heket from your team.
