Slide Skill not working properly
If the ability isn't going to be fixed but the description updated instead then I just want cores + dark 5-star tickets equal to what I spent.

Ignited units that have 'Slide Skill Damage' up get weaker when ignited!

Nightmare Durandal (Dark Support)
Christmas Leda (Fire Support)
Have slides that change from increasing by a flat value (for example +2000) to a percentage amount (+55%) when ignited. The math the devs are using is WRONG and it actually makes the units weaker!

Non-Ignited Durandal's buff is doing 500 more damage on average! This doesn't make sense for the numbers that are shown on Khepri's slide skill.

Durandal and Sytry have the *SAME BUFF* but Durandal is 55% and Sytry is only 44%!!
Enable Collab Skins for everyone and take them out of the pool!
It sucks to have new players get skins for units that are impossible to get, and they are forever worthless to anyone that wasn't able to get them the first time.
Activate the skins on everyone's account and take them out of the spa skin pool.
Morgan update skipped by Devs!
Morgan Ragna was on February 14 2019.
On the same patch date (February 14 2019) in Japan, both Morgan and Brigid received a update.

The Update changes the following
Deal 1890 (3015 at +6) damage, apply Bleed (126) (294 at +6 ) for 8 seconds, and apply +36.4% (46% at +6) crit rate to self for 12 seconds.
Deal 1890 (3014) damage, ❤prioritizing Wood❤ apply Bleed (70) (202 at +6) to ❤2 targets for 14 seconds❤ and apply +36.4% (46% at +6) crit rate to self for 12 seconds.
Deal 2503 (4531 at +6) damage to 3 targets and 668 (1448 at +6) Ignore Defense damage and 690 (954 at +6) Bonus Damage if target is Bleeding.
❤Prioritizing enemies with Bleed❤, deal 2503 (4531) damage to 3 targets and 780 (1638) Ignore Defense damage and 958 (2008) Bonus Damage if target is Bleeding.
The update increases her damage, but most importantly improves the targeting of her abilities instead of them being totally random.
Because her update was released in Japan at he same time as her original Ragna on Global we wound up getting the old version, and wasn't changed in any of the following updates. Brigid that we have now IS the updated version, leaving Morgan left behind and unknown if she'll ever catch up.
Please give Morgan her buff along with the Pan (Wood) world boss.

DURING the Morgan ragna on Global, she was buffed in JP.
Tap lvl 1
Deal 485 damage to one target, apply Bleed (100) for 8 seconds and +35% crit for 12 seconds.
Deal 485 damage to one target, apply Bleed (50) for 14 seconds to two targets (priority Wood) and +35% crit for 12 seconds.
Slide lvl 1
Deal 902 + 550 ignore defense damage to 3 random targets, if they are bleeding apply an additional 650.
Deal 902 + 650 ignore defense damage to 3 enemies (target priority Bleed) + 800 additional damage if the target is bleeding.
And her Drive applies 14s Bleed to the lowest HP targets for JP.
She was buffed at the same time as Brigette, but who knows when she'd release. Morgan's buffs mainly just bring her kit together, instead of her hitting things randomly. And we'll get Red Bathory in two weeks anyway.

Work harder to show off deals like this. Best we've had in months.
There aren't many good-value purchase options available for people that want to drop $10-$20 a month on the game, and appealing to that market would probably make them more likely to spend larger in the future.

It seems like the rate of attack for Katherine in the encounter on global is around 150% the speed of her on JP. It is causing her to output much more damage on the unit that she applies 'Target' to, drain more skill charge from the attacker, and have access to her Drive more often.
For players with mature accounts the fight is extremely challenging, and newer players that joined for the collaboration are barely able to participate. There are multiple threads asking for help surviving 5 minutes on both on the moot forums and on reddit (https://www.reddit.com/r/DestinyChildGlobal/)
As of right now, only 3 players have been able to clear this event, and the 2 of them that I've spoken with both agree that something is off about the difficulty of this event in contrast with prior ones.
If this change was deliberate to make the encounter more challenging, then please disregard. But the escalation in difficulty, even for the top level of players, made me believe that this may have been an error, and I thought it should be brought to your attention.

It looks like our Katherine might have more frequent attacks, about 1.5x as often as she did on JP. With her forced target debuff and charge drain/drive up, It would explain why this Ragna is so much more difficult than the past ones.
