You’d end up with 70 lounges all around the same game. They add one outright if there’s enough interest, otherwise the Battle Boards have their place for the time being.

Personally, I love the random interaction with others. When you’ve got a full crew of randoms and they know what they’re doing it’s pretty amazing. Plus the devs at Rare have been releasing a lot of info lately with interviews, and they’ve said that they plan to consistently release new content without buying DLC or a season pass.

I do agree on this one. I think if we had a lot of boards in there the fight would be more interesting. People would have a better reason to recruit more people into the fight.

If you mean lounges, Overwatch already has a lounge.

Agreed. We get Overwatch and Call of Duty posts in Destiny 2. Even if we could select which subsection in the other lounge, or the transfer had to be approved by their mods, it would certainly be an improvement.

The Orange Box lounge then, adding sections for Team Fortress, Half-Life, and Portal?

1. Google would have to do something pretty incredible to make a significant impact, but I wouldn’t much doubt them either.

Hindsight is 20/20, as they say. Bungie can only fix the current state of the game, not change how it was at launch. I still think the supposed development reboot is the primary reason for the setbacks.

“Delayed for polishing” always sounds like “reworking microtransactions” these days, but that’s the current state of the system as it stands.

The more Daily Moot, the better.

It was recently delayed to 2019, so still a bit of a wait. Certainly looking forward to it if Bioware can pull it off.

Overwatch has been hugely popular in fan art and cosplay, so I think that would be a smart addition.

Minecraft certainly has the popularity for it.

Personally, as an Xbox gamer, I focus almost exclusively on Mixer. Facebook and YouTube are probably the biggest heavyweights within the fight though.

Glad Anthem is getting a lot of attention to get the game right, as I’m really looking forward to seeing it in action.

I’d only heard of Moot through the post on Band, so I have no idea what’s in the works, but I just want more Moot. Mootie moot moot.

Perhaps also a platform multi-selection option specifically for the LFG sub-lounges, or have the profile platform information apply to the LFG?

I concur, as an Xbox gamer that my focus for new information. Just seems like the obvious choice to me for console/brand specific lounges.

Aye, I’m gonna agree with the others here. Creating our own lounges outright would end up making them just different version of Band instead of a centralized community. The way they’re doing things, at least to start, helps keep it organized and moderated.

On the other hand, they should have a more streamlined voting system in place for new Moot lounges.

More Daily Moot, please. This is a great feature, and I feel like it should be the Moot home page everyone starts on.
